iManage Cloud Configuration Guide

 

Register the imDocShare Application in iManage Cloud

  1. Log in to iManage Cloud → Control Center
  2. Go to Applications → Settings (left navigation) → Add Application
  3. Search for “KLoBot – imDocShare”
  4. Select and authenticate the application

Step 1: Log in to Admin Portal

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Navigate to:
  3. Enter the following credentials:
    • Email Address: Enter your email id
  4. Select your Cloud License
  5. Click Sign In.

Step 2: Add Microsoft Domain

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Domain List.
  2. Click the "+" (Add Domain) icon.
  3. Enter your domain name in the following format:
    yourtenant.onmicrosoft.com
  4. Click Save.

Step 3: Add Microsoft Tenant

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Tenant List.
  2. Click the Add Tenant button located in the top-right corner.
  3. Enable the Online toggle.
  4. In the Tenant Name field, enter:
    yourtenant.sharepoint.com
  5. In the SharePoint URL field, enter:
    yourtenant.sharepoint.com
  6. Click Add to save the tenant configuration.

Step 4: Add Additional Admin Users

  1. Navigate to Admin Users from the left navigation panel.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Enter the user's organizational email address.
  4. Assign the appropriate admin permissions.
  5. Click Save.

Repeat this step for each user requiring access to the Admin Portal.
